Festival Help Needed!

To make the Outdoor Show Event run smoothly and
be a great success... much help is needed! Take a look at the below list and see if there is something you
could help with. All help is appreciated no matter how small!!! All jobs are equally important!
Read on and pick something you that can provide some help! Then contact
Duane Kornbau 515-0507 or Russ & Kathy Wilson 854-1316 to sign up.
Leading up to the Outdoor Show Cases of Soda & Water Donations to help offset this cost
to the club.
BAKED GOODS: Calling all bakers! Bake sale items can be delivered to the grounds
on Friday September 25th from noon until 8pm and Saturday morning Sept 26th between 9am and 10am
Donations
for the Silent Auction: Do you do a craft as a hobby? Have a collectable you would consider donating to
help the club? Gift Cards, signed items, new items.
Gift Cards for purchasing prizes for
the kids events. Walmart, Gander, Dicks
Raffle Tickets Get a hand full of Raffle tickets
and sell them ahead of the Festival. There is an opportunity for the seller of the tickets to win along with the
winner of the raffle.
SPREAD THE WORD!!! Getting a large crowd to the festival will make
it a huge success. Help by spreading the word. Make copies of the flyers on the Festival page and post them everywhere you
go. This is your club...show your support by helping to promote our festival.
Set
up, Events and Activities Set Up: Friday 10am to 7pm Any help
at all you could give in this time span would be greatly appreciated there will be much to do.
Block
Shoot: Friday Night- 6pm until ? Jobs: Registration, taking money, resetting targets.
Stations: Done in shifts to be determined. Parking:
All day, both days Directing people where to park as well as where the events and activities are located.
Food: All day, both days Cooking, counter work.
Trout Pond: All day,
both days Baiting hooks, helping kids, removing fish from lines, possibly cleaning fish
Security:
Friday night and Saturday night Persons needed Friday night and Saturday night after events to patrol the grounds. Will be done in shifts to be determined.
IWLA Booth: All day, both days Selling raffle
tickets and talking to folks about membership.
